Semi-Automated Pressure Feed Blast Finishing System for grit blasting the threaded section of drill rods and pipes

The Guyson Euroblast 9PF is designed to handle and process tubular metal components of up to 375mm in diameter, 2 metres in lengths, and 1 tonne in loading weight. With an integrated side loading conveyor, the Euroblast Plus 9PF facilitates lateral and rotational movement of the tube, both inside and outside the blast chamber.

The Guyson 10PF cabinet, also fitted with a side loading frame, has been utilised by oil & gas manufacturers to debur drill rod threads. The cabinet is equipped with a left side cut out above the side loader, with varying sized templates to accommodate various pipe diameters, along with a blanking plate to provide flexibility for conventional use of the blast cabinet too. Further ergonomic features include ball bearing rollers on the side loader, a manually operated turntable and removable fixturing to facilitate simplified rotation of smaller connector sleeves within the cabinet.
