Micro Blasting System (Pencil Blaster)
Guyson’s Microblast System, the Guyson Pencil Blaster, cleans or spot blasts delicate and intricate components, using an ultra-fine micro nozzle and fine blast media.
This compact pressure feed unit uses a hardened nozzle, operated by a separate foot pedal, and can be externally fitted to Guyson’s standard Formula or Euroblast range, in a single chamber or twin-chamber options.

The Pencil Blast unit is equipped with hard metal stylus type nozzles, available with a 0.8 mm, 1.2 mm or 1.8 mm bore blast nozzle.
Single or twin chamber versions are available. The twin option allows two different blast media’s to be used or prolonged use of one single media.
The Pencil Blast unit comes complete with a foot pedal control.
Guyson's Micro Blasting Pencil Blaster unit can be added to any of Guyson's standard Euroblast or Formula blast cabinets.
Often, customers pair the Pencil Blaster with the bench top Formula 1200 to perform precision blasting or to treat difficult to reach areas of components.
