Guyson offers a range of dust collectors designed to match the operational and environmental requirements of each Guyson blast system.
Cabinet size, air input through the blast gun, the application and whether the cabinet usage is intermittent, regular or continuous are all factors in choosing the correct dust collector.

A full-width foot pedal allows the operation of the blast gun with either foot.
Specifically designed cabinet allows loading and unloading of the wheel without any heavy lifting.

This highly efficient manual beadblasting process produces an even finish with easy sweeps across the wheel surface and, unlike traditional disc sanders, it allows both easy penetration of the blast media stream between the spokes as well as very precise localised etching if required.
In addition, the Wheelmaster also provides a fast and even light etching to remove only the chipped lacquer on virtually new wheels, whilst being capable of etching right back to bare metal if required.

Model 41
This unit is suited to light-duty usage, typically matched with Guyson’s Formula blast cabinet range, and features four fabric filter bags.
Model C400
Suited for industrial applications, and use with medium-sized Euroblast cabinets. Secondary filters (EPA & HEPA) and explosion relief panels can also be added.
Model C600
Specified to accompany Guyson’s Euroblast Ex range, the C600 is equipped to minimise risks involved in certain applications, like additive manufacturing.
Model C800
This model is usually utilised alongside larger Euroblast cabinets or a selection of Guyson’s automated blast systems, where longer blasting periods are required.
