Multiblast® TR and TRR
Guyson’s Multiblast® TR (Through) and TRR (through and return) blast machines are ideal for high volume flat components, continuous long length components or complex geometries that dictate a straight pass-through blast system.
Details
Various conveyor types are available for TR machines, including honeycomb steel mesh, rubber belt, roller, and magnetic 'V' belt.
The Multiblast TR machines are designed to pass the components through the system, exiting at the back of the machine to an off-load position. Whilst the Multiblast TRR machines are designed to pass the components through the blast chamber and then return the components back to the original start position for offloading.
These straight pass conveyorised blast cabinets are custom built to suit the specific application and component volumes.
