For optimum component blast coverage, the machine can be provided with either horizontal or vertical servo driven gun drives.
The Multiblast RSB comes with two Guyson Model 900 guns, each with its own individual pressure regulator. This can be increased to up to eight guns depending on the blast application.
Components can be loaded by hand or by a robot.
With turntable or spindle mounting, vertical or horizontal traverse options and a wide range of
media recovery systems available, the RSB can be configured to suit almost any shot blasting or
peening process, minimising manual intervention whilst providing repeatable and consistent results.
The Multiblast RSB can also be specified as either a suction or pressure feed system and complemented with a cyclone separator and dust collector, best suited to the application.
