316 Stainless Steel Wire Braid

  • Smooth bore yet highly flexible hose - a unique combination
  • Self-cleaning - product does not adhere to the tube wall
  • Low flow-resistance - flow rates are more than twice those of conventional convoluted hose
  • Pharmaline N - stainless steel braid with white smooth finish Platinum cured silicone cover
  • Pharmaline X - clear smooth finish Platinum cured silicone cover
  • Heat resistant - usable from -73°C up to 204°C, dependent on application/specification
  • Vacuum resistant - usable to -0.9 Bar for all sizes upto 140°C
  • Sizes - Pharmaline N 1/4" up to 3" nb, Phamaline X 1/4" up to 2"
  • Wide range of end fittings - Triclamp, SMS, RJT, DIN11851, BSP, NPT, JIC, flanges, camlock etc

The Hose & Couplings Division at Guyson can offer various hose & coupling management services from initial hose selection through to on-going inspection throughout the product lifetime. When initially purchasing a hose or coupling assembly from us, the benefits include:

  • Free on-site advice in selecting the correct hose/coupling for the customer’s application and working conditions
  • Supply of high quality flexible hose assemblies manufactured under our ISO 9001:2015 accredited quality system
  • Hose & coupling assemblies 100% pressure tested prior to despatch
  • All levels of certification can be provided if required

In addition to the support offered from our factory, we can offer various services on site at the customer’s premises these include:

  • Visit by your local Area Sales Manager to carry out a hose survey to create a hose register documenting all hoses accessible on site
  • Site surveys at agreed intervals to visually inspect hose & couplings on the register
