Our ever popular Kaptech Ultraflex hygienic food and brewers hose is now available in four different colour options; red, blue, green and yellow in most sizes. The additional colours allow users to visually identify different product lines within a liquid food or brewing site.

This can be beneficial in reducing the risk of accidental mixing of product lines within the production area. In addition, the colour range can also be used to dedicate a particular colour of hose to individual departments or areas within a factory, brewery, dairy etc.

The Ultraflex range of hoses are durable, light weight and flexible giving exceptional ease of handling. The FDA-approved non-tainting hose liner is suitable for most liquid food and drink applications.

The Ultraflex hose also complies with EC1935/2004 & EC2023/2006. The hose is ADI free and non-phthalate.

A wide range of hygienic style end fittings are available including RJT, IDF, SMS, DIN11851 and Tri-clamp. These are hygienically and permanently attached to the hose. Customer specific end fittings can also normally be accommodated.
