High Efficiency (HE) Cyclone.
A 75/16 Cyclone Separator.
The HE Cyclone extracts everything from the bottom of the cabinet and deposits the used media/blast debris in a waste bin at the bottom of the cyclone.
Guyson offers HE cyclones in sizes that are suitable for single gun and multiple gun manual or automated blast systems

Adjustable air inlet control at base of cyclone cone for regulating media separation characteristics.
The function of the cyclone reclamator is used to separate out re-usable media from the dust, blast debris and undersize media. It does this by extracting everything from the bottom of the blast cabinet, with the lighter particulates drawn to the dust collection unit and the heavier, good re-usable blast media flows back to the pressure pot, thus reducing the possibility of contamination by abraded particles and debris, and therefore increasing the consistency of the surface finishing results.

Specified to accompany Guyson’s Euroblast Ex range, the C600 is equipped to minimise risks involved in certain applications, like additive manufacturing.
Model C800
This model is usually utilised alongside larger Euroblast cabinets or a selection of Guyson’s automated blast systems, where longer blasting periods are required.
